True Turf Inc. provides double insurance for its lawns -- a two-year unlimited warranty on the installation,
and a manufacturer's 10-year warranty for the turf. (Both warranties are transferable.)
What's covered
True Turf Inc. proudly warrants its installation for two years from the date of substantial completion against defects in workmanship at no cost to the property owner.
Fine print Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to True Turf Inc., which will endeavor to respond and make any repairs or replacement properly. This warranty will be voided if any company other than True Turf Inc. performs service on the lawn.
What's covered The turf is warranted for 10 years against defects in materials, including ultra-violet degradation and excessive fading. Defective materials will be repaired or replaced.
What's not covered Normal wear and tear or matting; damage caused by improper use, neglect, vandalism, floods, change in water table or other acts of Mother Nature.
